Erection of the most popular 250t, 500t, and 1,000t silos is straightforward, and can typically be completed in around 15 days per silo.
High galvanization and perfect quality accessories obtain a longer guarantee against the puncture by corrosion. Optional steel galvanization for 275g/m2, 450g/m2, or 600g/m2 according to silo environmental condition.

1.Silo Roof

2.Stiffeners
DINGBAO's high tension outside stiffener profiles, strengthen whole silo body structure, make silo stand well even under extreme environments. All the stiffeners are totally galvanized, ensure no rusting over long time.
3.Wind Ring
Wind rings are used to increase the strength of silo, for tall silos or those silo location with strong wind, the wind rings can effectively strengthen the silo bearing, assure silo solid and safety.

4.High Strength Bolts
DINGBAO use 8.8/10.9 grade high strength galvanized boltes, paired with nuts, sealing washers,cooperatively use sealing gum between steel plates,ferfectly assure the silo sealing and solidity.
5.Silo Ladder
Silo inside and outside ladder and rest platforms are produced completely in modular form by painted or galvanized sheets. The silo external safety ladder with cages enables workers to reach roof safely.
6.Silo Hopper
DINGBAO assured solid hopper bottom silo structure with strengthened ring beam, supporting legs, tie pieces. All these parts strengthen the heavy silo hopper load and whole silo structure.
